CAncellations & No-Shows

We rely in scheduled appointments at Atara. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 48 hours notice to comply with our policy. you can do this by contacting us on 020 8616 9460 during work hours.

Please note that appointment ‘no-shows’ will be charged 50% of the appointment booking using the card details supplied when confirming your booking. Any pre-paid deposit will be non-refundable.
